A whole gluten-free Colin the Caterpillar cake… stuffed inside a cookie. Yes, really.

For this week’s Will It Stuff? challenge, we wrapped an entire gluten-free Colin the Caterpillar cake in our rich triple chocolate chip cookie dough and baked it until perfectly gooey.

The result? Layers of soft chocolate sponge, smooth chocolate buttercream, milk chocolate shell and our signature cookie dough all in one ridiculously indulgent bite.

It’s chocolate on chocolate on chocolate… and somehow it just works.
