Here are some of the things we get asked most — from subscriptions to storage tips to how long you can hold out before eating the whole box. (Spoiler: it’s not long.)

❓ What allergens do you cater for?
All of our bakes are 100% gluten free, made in a dedicated allergen-friendly kitchen that’s totally safe for coeliacs. 🙌
We also offer dairy-free and egg-free options — just check each product listing for details.
We do our best to use ingredients that are totally free from, but occasionally, some may say “may contain dairy” due to manufacturing processes. If you have a severe allergy, always check the ingredient list on each product. We’ll never use anything that may contain gluten — ever. Pinky promise. 💅
📦 When will I get my Cookie Club subscription?
Your first payment secures your spot for next month’s box — so if you sign up in August, your first cookie drop will arrive in early September. 📅🍪
We send all subscription boxes during the first week of each month.
Still waiting after the 10th? Pop us a message and we’ll track it down faster than you can say “chocolate chip.”
🧁 How long do the treats last?
We suggest eating them within 10 days (good luck making them last that long).
Store in an airtight container, or freeze for up to 3 months. When you’re ready, defrost at room temp — or microwave for a gooey, warm dessert moment. 🍨✨
🚚 How does delivery work?
Orders are dispatched within 4 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
You’ll receive tracking updates directly from Royal Mail by email or text if you’ve entered your details at checkout.
🎉 Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery, and if you're local to SO31, you can choose free collection at checkout. Just wait for your “ready to collect” email before popping over.
If it’s been more than a week since you placed your order and nothing’s arrived, drop us a message and we’ll look into it for you!

🎁 Can I send a box as a gift?
Absolutely! Just add their details at checkout and include a gift note if you like. We won’t include any pricing in the box — just joy. 💛
🍪 Can I build my own box or place a bulk order?
We don’t offer full custom boxes right now, but feel free to get in touch if you need a larger order for a party, wedding, event or just a cookie-loving crowd — we’ll do our best to help!
🛍️ Do you do wholesale or collabs?
Yes! If you’re a café, shop, event planner or fellow small biz looking to stock or collab, we’d love to chat. Drop us a message!
💔 What if something goes wrong with my order?
We do our best to pack everything securely, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch within 48 hours — and include photos so we can sort it quickly.
Minor bumps in transit can happen and won’t affect the deliciousness, but if there’s a genuine issue, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
