Our soft, gluten-free, dairy-free dark chocolate chip cookie dough is baked with a gooey centre and filled with a pistachio cream crunch inspired by classic knafeh flavours — a creamy pistachio filling with crispy cornflake pieces for that signature crunch.
Each cookie is finished with a drizzle of dark chocolate and a sprinkle of chopped pistachios. They may be slightly misshapen, squashed or a little wonky from handling, but they’re just as rich, crunchy and indulgent as ever.
