What Allergens Do You Cater For?

Everything we make is gluten and dairy free, in a dedicated allergen-friendly kitchen. We also provide egg-free, refined sugar-free and low sugar options. 

Wherever possible we use entirely gluten and dairy free products. However, some state 'may contain' on their packaging. If you have an allergy rather than an intolerance, please be sure to check the individual ingredients list on each product before ordering. Any 'may contain' products will be listed here.

When Will I Receive My Monthly Cake Club Subscription?

All monthly cake club subscriptions are dispatched during the first week of the month, following your first payment. If you have not received your order by the 10th day of the month, please do get in touch and we will find out where it's got to!

How Long Do Your Products Last?

Our products are all best stored in an airtight container as soon as you have opened them, and we suggest eating them all within five days - although we'll be impressed if they last that long!

They can also be frozen for up to three months, just make sure to fully defrost at room temperature before consuming, or even better - warm the up in the microwave and serve them with ice cream or custard!

Packages

How Does Delivery Work?

All of our products are packaged up in eco-friendly, sustainable packaging and sent within 3 working days via Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service. If you've given us your email address and mobile number, Royal Mail will let you know when your parcel will be delivered so you can always make alternative arrangements if you won't be at home.
